2000年的终身教育节强调了教育的重要性和优越性，之后我们与中国教育和研究机构合作开展了中英学前教育项目。

信息技术教学

随着信息技术的飞速发展，信息技术教学在各个领域中的应用也不断增加。英国政府于1997年发起了‘ICT(信息技术)应用于学校’项目，目的是促进和支持信息技术在英国学校中的使用，提高教育水准，并鼓励使用全新的教学方法。

2002年我们与北京市教育委员会和北京教育科学研究院合作，在北京启动了 ‘ICT应用于学校’项目，主要目的是信息技术和课程整合。

在广东，我们与广东省教育厅合作开展英语教学与互联网项目。项目以英语教学作为实验科目，希望通过项目实践出来的行之有效的方法能被其它科目分享借鉴。

中小学校长领导能力建设

项目于2003年11月开始实施。我们与北京市教委合作为60名中小学校长进行了第一次培训。培训主要涉及以下内容：
