ARTISTIC POLICY
The Traverse is Scotland’s specialist producing theatre, dedicated to commissioning and producing new work by theatre writers and other creative artists. It regularly presents the work of other companies, specialising in new work, over three seasons, including the Edinburgh Festival every August. It regularly co-produces with other companies both in the UK and internationally, and is keen to take its work abroad. There is a vibrant Learning and Participation programme, which includes the internationally produced Class Act programme.
