REVIEW EXTRACTS
‘Shakespeare at its most direct and immediate... As the play reaches towards its magical climax, we all lean forward upon our seats to drink in every magical moment like moths being drawn towards the light.’ The Guardian (The Tempest)

‘An inspired idea… with the aid of organ peals and an ethereal voice issuing from the darkened choir becomes an illustration of human transience.’ The Guardian (Henry VIII)

‘A show that chases after the beauty of love and finds it... by the end there wasn't a dry eye in the house.’ The Scotsman (The Tale that Wags the Dog)

CURRENT PRODUCTION
The Tempest Site-sympathetic Shakespeare played under a three-metre diameter helium moon that can play almost anywhere, inside and out, from theatres to the rainforest, from opera houses to the banks of the Volga. The performance takes place in and amongst the audience, who become the island. (150 mins, 13 performers, 17 on the road.)

WRAP-AROUND
Show related workshops including: working methodology, Shakespeare’s text, story-telling, movement and music.

2009 USA (Oresteia)
