Intramural and Recreational Programs

The Office of Intramural and Recreational Programs provides the opportunity to participate in intramural sports, fitness and aerobics, and recreational activities. Whether you enjoy structured tournaments or informal activities, this is the place for you.

Intramurals offer students, faculty, and staff opportunities to learn new skills and remain physically active. Penn State Erie's intramural activities are competitive, yet the elements of fun and recreation are retained. All students are encouraged to become involved in intramurals either as participants or as officials. Flyers for each activity are posted in the Junker Center, the Reed Union Building, and in the residence halls. Students who have formed a team or those who wish to be placed on a team should sign up in the Intramural Office.

Fitness and aerobic offerings provide students, faculty, and staff opportunities to remain physically fit and have fun at the same time. There are various fitness offerings available as well as a variety of aerobics classes throughout the year.
