New Imaging Device Sees Behind the Eardrum

U of I News BureauIntegrative Imaging Co-chair Stephen Boppart has developed a multipurpose medical diagnostic device for non-invasive imaging use by primary care physicians. The technology has now been successfully demonstrated for diagnosing and treating ear infections, as reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
