This experiential course is intended to help you better understand the theory, processes, and practices of negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making so that you can be a more effective negotiator in a wide variety of situations. The course methodology is highly participatory, and utilizes class discussions and simulations in both one-on-one and group situations. The exercises will emphasize organizational settings, but the skills are applicable anywhere conflict occurs.

This introductory business statistics course will cover descriptive statistics, tables and charts, and normal distribution. You will also be introduced to control charts, confidence intervals and sample-size determination.
