Learn Japanese, the language of growing international interest following Japan's economic growth and the increasing global popularity of Japanese pop culture such as anime and video gaming.  Expand your language skills through role plays, language exercises, literature, writing hiragana, katakana, and kanji symbols, films, newspaper articles, and cultural field trips.  Not sure what level you should register for?

Immerse yourself in the culturally rich language of Japanese. In this beginning level course, you will engage in simple small talk about such topics as professions, hobbies, travel and food. Learn Hiragana and Katakana, two of the syllabic scripts of Japanese, while reading and writing simple sentences.
