  • CUNYfirst - Intermittent Access
    UPDATE: The CIS team is actively engaged with our hosting provider and software support services to resolve the issue.  We understand the impact this has on the campuses and are working to resolve the situation urgently.
    CUNYfirst system is currently experiencing  delays in processing login and transaction requests. Technicians are working to restore service.

  • Known Issues with CUNYfirst - UPDATED 8/22/14
    CLICK HERE for a list of known issues with CUNYfirst. BCTC is working with CUNY's Central Office on a resolution for each.
    UPDATE - A fix has been put in place for students to see their bill. A video has been posted to help aid students. Those still having issues should continue to notify the Help Desk and have screenshot examples available.
  • Important Note for Faculty - Make your Blackboard course visibile to students
    Students will not see your course until it is made "available." To do this, go into your course in Blackboard. Once there, from the control panel on the left menu, click Customization > Properties. Find "Set Availability" and select Yes . Scroll down and click Submit.
