  • CUNYfirst - Scheduled Maintenance - 9/20, 7PM - 9/21, 7PM
    Maintenance has been scheduled by the hosting partner for the weekend beginning Sat. September 20th at 7:00 PM ET and ending Sun. September 21st at 7:00 PM ET. Production systems are normally up by 4PM ET. Development environments will be available by 7:00 AM ET on Sep. 18th, 2014.

  • Students Unable to See Courses in Blackboard
    There are a large number of students who are no longer able to see their courses in Blackboard due to multiple accounts in CUNY Portal. CUNY's Central Office is aware of this issue and is working on resolving it as soon as possible. We ask that Faculty make accomodations for these students where possible.

  • Important Note for Faculty - Make your Blackboard course visibile to students
    Students will not see your course until it is made "available." To do this, go into your course in Blackboard. Once there, from the control panel on the left menu, click Customization > Properties. Find "Set Availability" and select Yes . Scroll down and click Submit.
  • Known Issues with CUNYfirst - UPDATED 8/22/14
    CLICK HERE for a list of known issues with CUNYfirst. BCTC is working with CUNY's Central Office on a resolution for each.
    UPDATE - A fix has been put in place for students to see their bill. A video has been posted to help aid students. Those still having issues should continue to notify the Help Desk and have screenshot examples available.
