IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you login to your e-mail account through the website above at least once every 3 months, to ensure that your messages and attachments are kept intact. In the event that you do not login to your e-mail account for an extended period of time, it will be disabled even if you have a mobile device associated with it. What is Office365?
The Baruch College student e-mail system, known as BaruchMail, is a web-based service, provided by Microsoft Office365 for Undergraduate, Graduate and Non-Degree students enrolled for courses. This service is the building-block in providing a more feature-rich set of tools for collaboration using cloud-based Microsoft product offerings such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Additional services in the future will include chat and presence, video collaboration and more to compliment the previous additions of a shared calendar, address book and IM.

Other links will NOT work. If you have used https://www.outlook.com or https://mail.live.edu in the past, these will NOT work using your username and password.
Please make sure you setup a Password Recovery Profile to allow you to recover access to your account in the event you forget your password.

For older students who transitioned from Live@EDU: Regarding OneDrive and Your New Personal Microsoft Accounts:
Two Separate Accounts:
BaruchMail (Office365) Account: You will continue to use Microsoft Outlook Web App or Microsoft Outlook to view and send email from your school account, but you will sign in at https://www.outlook.com/baruchmail.cuny.edu or http://mail.office365.com using the same user name and password.
Please note: In Office 365 you will not see our logo, but Baruch College still administers this account. This is also known as an "Organizational Account."
Personal Microsoft account: This personal account will give you access to all existing SkyDrive content, Messenger, and other Microsoft services. You will use the same user name and password that was used to access Live@edu. Note that Baruch College no longer administers this account. As a result, we cannot reset the password for you.
Existing OneDrive Users
If you are utilizing OneDrive currently to host files in the cloud, you will use the same username and password as you always have. This account is no longer administered by Baruch College. If you cannot access your OneDrive and are in need support, you must visit:
You can transfer your files manually to your new OneDrive once the transition is complete.
New OneDrive User
Your Office365 account will now include a OneDrive account using the same username and password. Baruch College will no longer be able to manage these accounts. If you need support, please visit:
