Baby Gator is proud to announce the opening of its new center at Lake Alice!
Thanks to the generous support of UF, the former Creative Children’s Learning Center building on the corner of Village Drive and Museum Road was purchased this summer and renovations are now complete. Baby Gator at Lake Alice ( map) is fully enrolled with 157 infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We leave the Village Drive location with fond memories and look forward to making many more at Lake Alice. Baby Gator, a NAEYC accredited early childhood center, provides quality care and early education to the children of UF students, staff and faculty.
Baby Gator Child Development Centers offer high quality care to children ages 6 weeks to five years. Children grow and learn in a safe and healthy environment with a caring and attentive staff of well-trained early childhood educators. Curriculum is designed to encourage children to experience the world around them. Baby Gator addresses the needs of all children and fosters growth in social, behavioral, cognitive, and physical skills and early literacy skills. The Florida Legislature has updated the Sunshine Law regarding use, collection, and requests for Social Security Numbers by state agencies.
