THEATRE GUIDELINES
- All performances begin promptly at their scheduled time. For the safety of our patrons, and the integrity of our productions, latecomers may not be seated until intermission or at the discretion of the house manager. Also, patrons who leave the theatre while a performance is in progress will not be allowed re-entry until intermission except at the discretion of the House Manager.
- Tickets not torn/scanned by curtain are considered void and may be sold to Standby Ticket patrons. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets not torn/scanned by curtain.
- There is NO LATE SEATING in the Allen Bales or Gallaway Theatres.
- No children under 5 are permitted in the theatres and all audience members must have a ticket and seat.
- Cell phones, pagers, and other portable electronic devices must be silenced during performances.
- The use of recording equipment or the taking of photographs is strictly prohibited.
- Many of our patrons have sensitivites to perfumes or other scents. We ask that you take this into consideration and keep perfume and cologne use to a minimum.
- No food or drinks are permitted in the theatres.
- The Management Staff reserves the right to deny admission to or remove disruptive patrons from the theatre without refunding the ticket price.
STANDBY TICKETS
When a performance is sold out, the Box Office will sell Standby Tickets to patrons who arrive 1 hour prior to curtain. Standby Tickets are not a guarantee of admission and are only distributed when seats have gone unclaimed by the original ticket holder at show time. If the subscriber (or any original ticket holder) arrives late, he/she may be seated (pending availability) at intermission. If seats are not available because of Standby seating, subscribers may then exchange their ticket(s) for another night pending availability. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for missed performances, so please arrive early. Most dance concerts will allow late seating as it is less disruptive to admit patrons into Morgan Auditorium after performances have begun. The house opens 30 minutes prior to curtain for all performances.
ADDITIONAL STANDBY INFORMATION
- Standby Tickets are not guaranteed to see the show.
- We start selling standby tickets ONE HOUR before the show starts.
- Even though you are first in line, you may not necessarily be the #1 standby ticket. Theatre Management holds tickets 1-5, and those tickets will be used or released at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
- We will sell up to 15 standby tickets before the show begins. Any standby tickets after #15 will be asked to write their name on the standby list.
- If your name is on the standby list, you will pay for your ticket if your name is called.
- One person may purchase up to 3 standby tickets
- If you've paid and don't get it, your money will be refunded.
- If you have a ticket that you are exchanging for standby tickets, you may do so as long as the date on your ticket hasn't expired.
- If you are seated with your standby ticket, and the patron who originally purchased the seat arrives before the doors close, you will be asked to move to another empty seat. If there are no other empty seats, we will refund your money.
