This interdisciplinary program involves faculty research projects, undergraduate courses and internships, and community partnerships on a broad range of topics in sustainability, agriculture, and food. Central to the program is a long-standing hands-on course on Organic Farming and new courses in Agroecology and other food and farming topics.  We are currently seeking grant funding to scale up our program.
