This interdisciplinary program involves faculty research projects, undergraduate courses and internships, and community partnerships on a broad range of topics in sustainability, agriculture, and food. Central to the program is a long-standing hands-on course on "Organic Farming" and the newly-established student-run "Crimson Clover Farm".
