GTA Positions Available

We invite applications for students to pursue M.S. programs in physical geography, regional, environmental, and urban planning, human geography, and geographic information sciences while supported as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA). The Department of Geography at the University of Alabama will have several GTA positions available starting in August 2008. These positions carry a competitive stipend, health insurance, and a tuition waiver.  Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Geography, and a good communication skill of the English language.  Please contact Dr. Luoheng Han at (205) 348-4981, or lhan@bama.ua.edu.
