Be Secure in the Digital Age

Cyber crime has become a serious threat to our institutions and to us as individuals. There's a perfectly good explanation for this. Criminals can make good money hacking our computers and stealing our personal information. Cyber thieves are clever, innovative, well financed, and technically proficient. To combat them, we have to become familiar with their tricks and techniques, learn how to safeguard our systems, and follow best practices with respect to information security.

These pages are designed to acquaint you with the threats and countermeasures you can take to protect your information from hackers and thieves. The site is categorized under the four broad topic headings described below. We hope you find the information useful and we welcome your feedback and questions.
