If the appropriate Minutes (through December 2011) were approved, complete, detailed, and submitted to Registrar's Publications in a timely manner, the changes should already appear on the pages. Blue font is used in the text to track changes. Red font indicates problem areas. Please do not be concerned about headings, page numbers, or other formatting matters. They are issues that will be addressed later.
