The deadline of Thursday November 10, 2011 is very important. Each School and College of the University is responsible for submitting information to make changes to academic programs and course offerings by this date. Although approvals may still be pending at the time of the deadline, it is essential that all information for the 2012-2013 Undergraduate Catalog be submitted on time. All changes (having the required approvals) that are sent by that date will be entered in the next Undergraduate Catalog.

If you still have approvals pending at the time of the deadline, please let me know and together we can work out a way to try to include the information in the 2012-2013 Undergraduate Catalog as long as final approvals have all been granted by the end of December 2011.
