The Tenant Union is the University of Illinois' resource center for apartment renters. Located on the third floor of the Illini Union, it is a great place to find out about previous or current tenants’ experiences with your prospective landlord. You can also have your lease reviewed for impartiality. The Tenant Union seeks to stimulate fair relationships between landlords and tenants.
