Equipment Reservations

If your registered organization has an approved space request for an event on Anniversary Plaza or the Quad, please submit equipment requests here. Only one table and tent are available for check out per organization. For special events occurring on weekends, an exception may be granted, based on availability. Please email iurso@illinois.edu at least 2 weeks in advance of the event with your request.

Remember, only the president, treasurer, and those listed as authorized agents may check out equipment. An I-Card must be presented at check out. Organizations are assessed a $10 late fee for each day equipment is turned in late. Organizations are responsible for any damages to equipment.
