If your registered organization has an approved space request for an event on Anniversary Plaza or the Quad, please submit equipment requests here
. Only one table and tent are available for check out per organization. For special events occurring on weekends, an exception may be granted, based on availability. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks in advance of the event with your request.
Remember, only the president, treasurer, and those listed as authorized agents may check out equipment. An I-Card must be presented at check out. Organizations are assessed a $10 late fee for each day equipment is turned in late. Organizations are responsible for any damages to equipment.
