The UITS Help Center analysts and field technicians provide first and second level technology support to UConn’s faculty, staff, students and affiliates. Help Center analysts provide first point of contact to help resolve technology conflicts or escalate to the appropriate area/staff for further investigation and resolution.
Field technicians provide faculty and staff second level client support of computers, software, configurations, cell phones, telephone adds/moves/changes, video service, and various peripheral devices.
