In today's world, the demands on your time are greater than they've ever been. Now you can keep up with UA on your terms by subscribing to our RSS feeds and podcasts.

RSS ("Really Simple Syndication") feeds are files formatted for sharing and distributing web content such as news headlines or calendar events. When you subscribe to a feed, you will automatically receive updates (via a news reader or web browser) from UA on a variety of topics, without having to manually browse or search for them. You may identify RSS feeds that are available throughout the UA web site by looking for the icon, which will link to page-specific RSS content.

A podcast is a digital media file that is distributed to users via the Internet for playback on personal computers or portable media players. UA Podcasts provide multimedia directly from the University, delivered to you through a syndication feed in your browser or automatically synced to your iTunes and/or iPod.

You can subscribe to UA RSS feeds and podcasts by clicking any RSS link below, or you may add the content to your iTunes or My Yahoo! account by selecting the appropriate link. Or you prefer to receive news and features by e-mail, check our our Subscribe by E-mail page for more options.
