Over the past several days, staff at the UConn Dairy Bar have been busy making ice cream cakes for that special someone on Valentine’s Day. By the end of the day on Feb. 13, more than 200 had been sold. Additional cakes will be made during the day today, for those looking for a last-minute gift idea.
