There are approximately 109 full-time faculty positions occupied by dedicated and talented individuals bringing significant diversity to the College.

There is at least one full-time faculty member for each degree program offered by the College. Also, all faculty who teach transfer courses have a Master's Degree in the teaching field. Several of them have earned at least a Master's Degree in the discipline, even though they teach developmental courses. Occupational technical faculty also hold appropriate academic credentials and experience. There are also twenty full-time grant supported faculty instructing in federally and state funded programs.

Faculty are not classified by academic rank; all equally hold the position of instructor.
