Now, you can have your grades sent to you quickly and easily via e-mail. Simply enroll here in e-Grade, and this convenient new program will e-mail your grades to you soon after they are submitted by your instructors. You must provide a valid CCNY e-mail address.

All students are automatically assigned an institutional e-mail address at registration. If you have not activated or do not recall your CCNY e-mail account, please click here

The CCNY eGrades system is based on one originally designed and developed by Brooklyn College. The system was customized and converted by Computer Services for CCNY with the assistance and permission of Brooklyn College.

Student PIN:
(eSIMS PIN)

Your Student ID is usually your Social Security Number (or another ID number assigned to you by college). Your Student PIN is the same as your eSIMS PIN.
