Mission

In support of the University's mission and strategic vision, the Office of University Planning (OUP) coordinates integrated, responsible planning for the University’s physical environment:

• By developing, maintaining and disseminating accurate information regarding land, buildings, and space, and periodic comprehensive plans.
• By effectively managing the University’s environmental and real property resources through the Office of Environmental Policy and the Office of Real Estate and Risk Management.
• By cooperating with all University constituencies to ensure that decisions affecting the university’s campuses are consistent with good practice and University goals.
• By managing the design of campus precincts and specific buildings and landscape environments.
