Career Development Center (CDC) counselors assist students with the process of career and life planning through a full range of programs and services. Students may schedule appointments with a career counselor to discuss issues including interests, skills, values, and goal setting as well as how to find career information, internships, full-time jobs, and graduate schools. Students are encouraged to utilize the services of the Center every year, from first semester to graduation.

Division of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) advisors serve as resources for all students in any Penn State major. DUS is an academic unit of enrollment for students who are exploring various majors and career opportunities. Students can normally enroll in DUS for up to four academic semesters during their pre-major freshman and sophomore years.
