Parking Options Near the Oregon State Library
City Meters: street side uses quarters. There are 2 hour and 10 hour meters.
State Meters:- Underground Mall Parking Garage (access on Chemeketa St.): use quarters in meters.
- Yellow Lot (corner of Winter and Center St.): parking permit machine takes exact change in quarters, debit, or credit card.
Parking Passes: all day parking passes are sold in room 49 of the State Capitol (basement) for the City Meters on specified streets.
Change for Parking Meters: available in the Capitol Gift Shop (lobby of the State Capitol), Cafe Today Restaurant (basement of State Capitol), Cafe Today Restaurant (basement of Labor & Industries Building-350 Winter St. NE).
Note: No parking change is available at the State Library.
