Case Management

Welcome to the University of Connecticut’s Discrimination (including sexual harassment) Case Management Unit of the Office of Diversity and Equity.

As a neutral investigatory unit, we are charged with fielding and objectively investigating complaints of discrimination and discriminatory harassment (on the basis of legally protected characteristics) to determine if employee conduct violates University anti-discrimination policies, which have been construed to provide protections aligned with current law.

We are also responsible for developing and implementing the University’s nondiscrimination and affirmative action policies, procedures, and programs and offering information, consultation, and training to the University community on the same.
