Video Theater Online Booking

• Use the Event Management System (EMS) to schedule your theater request from your web browser.
• Homer Babbidge Library media equipment may be used to play faculty copies of materials complying with copyright law. The Homer Babbidge Library is not resonsible for any damage occurring to these items and reserves the right to charge for any repair equipment cost incurred.
  
• Theater 1 seats 36 people. Theater 2 seats 80 people. See Information about the theaters.
• If your Video Theater booking includes Library-owned media you must also submit a separate Reserve Request Form.
