Hi Sooma,
If you find listening difficult, why don't you try our Elementary Podcasts?
I've often found my own students' listening has improved after regularly using these podcasts.
You can download the audio and play it at a pace to suit you. This should help you to identify what is being said, and, hopefully, give you more confidence when speaking with others.
Best wishes,
Stephen
