Faculty grading papers Faculty, Staff Invited to Participate in Beta Test of Enhanced Version of Turnitin: Turnitin is conducting a beta test of a new, enhanced version of their Web-based plagiarism prevention resource, and faculty and staff are invited to participate. Some of the enhancements being evaluated include a redesigned interface, expanded student paper databases, improved Originality Reports, and expanded content databases. Learn more.
Call Trace Code Harrassment Call Trace Feature Now Available at University Park: Call Trace capability has been added to the University Park VoIP telephone system. In addition, the numerical access code for Call Trace on the University's legacy Centrex telephone system has been changed to *57. By hanging up and dialing *57 immediately after receiving an obscene, harassing or life-threatening phone call, individuals who use the University's telephone system can request a trace against the telephone number used to place the call. laptop in monitor image AIS Requests Website Feedback: Administrative Information Services (AIS) is preparing to redesign its Web site and would like to gather as much input and feedback from site users as possible. With this in mind, developers have composed a brief online survey to gather insight on how AIS can improve its Web site to best serve the needs of departments and the University as a whole. LionCash+ logo Computer Lab Printing: Billing Changes to Accept LionCash+: Beginning May 12, 2008, students will use their LionCash+ account to purchase additional pages for printing in ITS computer labs and classrooms and University Libraries locations at University Park, as well as other locations participating in the ITS printing system. Using LionCash+ enables a quick and convenient way for students to purchase additional printing pages and replaces the old method of locating a signature station, agreeing to bursar billing and waiting for authorization to occur.
