Dr Paulina Ada Ajavon
Paulina A. Ajavon is a Special Needs Educator and Research Fellow with extensive experience of working and researching in both Africa and Europe. She has undertaken extensive research on local signing for the deaf and the first dictionary of Nigerian signs is among her numerous publications. She sees International research collaboration as a means of strengthening globalisation of Education. She has successfully forged international research collaborations between researchers in Europe and Africa, and is looking to expand on this.
Dr Ajavon holds a Bachelor's degree, and a Masters from the University of Jos, Nigeria. She also hold a PhD from the University of Hamburg, Germany. As a 'Katholika Akedemishe Austaushe Dienst' scholar , Paulina has first hand knowledge and experience of the problems and prospects of an International student in Europe. Her many years of experience has led to her publishing extensively in reputable journals and books.
