Chris Sims is Director, India for City and Guilds and principal consultant with the Manipal-City and Guilds Joint Policy Advisory Group. Prior to taking up his post in Delhi, Chris worked in the City and Guilds Centre for Skills Development (CSD) as Senior Manger Business Development and Partnerships, and before this as CSD's Policy and Strategy Advisor. Before joining City and Guilds, Chris worked for the UK diplomatic service for eight years, and has served in policy roles in London, Seoul and The Hague. Chris graduated in Political Science from Trinity College, Cambridge.
