Registration for Going Global 2012 is now closed. Going Global 2013 registrations will open at a later date.
The conference fee is an all inclusive cost and includes:

Definition of conference passes:
- Standard pass: those attending the full three day conference who do not qualify for a discounted rate
- Discounted pass:
- Non-OECD countries – those who are from a country which is not a member of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development
- Partner organisations – those who are members of partner organisations
- Sponsor invitees – those invited by sponsoring organisations (a code will be required for this pass)
- Unsuccessful proposals – those whose proposals were not accepted for GG2012 (a code will be required for this pass)
- Contributor pass:
- Session speaker – those speakers who are attending the full three day conference
- Poster presenter pass – those who have their posters accepted for presentation at GG2012
- Staff pass – conference organisers
- Student pass: those currently studying - you will be required to show a valid student ID upon registration at the event
- Complimentary pass:
- Invited speaker – those who have received a formal invitation from the British Council International Steering Committee (a code will be required for this pass)
- Exhibition staff – those working on exhibition stands who will not attend any conference sessions (a code will be required for this pass)
- Sponsor – those from sponsoring organisations who are entitled to a complimentary pass (a code will be required)
- Press – a valid press ID card is required and should be presented upon registration at the event.
- Volunteer – positions for volunteers are subject to availability and gives access to conference sessions in return for volunteer hours. Please visit our page on volunteering for more information and how to apply.
- Guest pass to Opening Reception – those who wish to purchase an additional ticket for a spouse/partner to attend the Opening Reception.
Visas and invitation letters
The British Council is unable to help with letters of invitation or visas. During the conference we can provide Certificates of Attendance - please contact the Information Desk during the conference.
