The School of Education faculty and administration value the processes of accreditation and program approval. This is an important part of our commitment to preparing knowledgeable, reflective and caring educators who are qualified and committed to teaching and leading in diverse communities. The accreditation process encourages university personnel and public school partners to re-evaluate program components and program coherence to ensure that national and state standards are addressed. Feedback obtained during this process will be used for quality assurance and improvement of educator programs.
