Appropriate usage of Computers and Information Technology including hardware, software and data is provided in the following CUNY document (2007).
Computer Usage Policy

CUNY guidelines (2005) intended to assist in planning and preparing for health and safety problems associated with field trips or activities outside the College.  CUNY faculty, staff and students should be properly trained, equipped, and prepared to assess and minimize risks and provide aid to themselves and their colleagues.
Field Safety Guidelines

CUNY Naming Policies (2008) provides guidelines for naming chair, deanship, professorship or department in recognition and honor of an individual or a corporation, including the naming of physical assets.  All naming proposals require the approval of the Board of Trustees.
