Periodically the Department of Residence Life sends out information to residents in order to provide them with updates and important information regarding life on campus.  Please click on a link below to review the associated message:

Dear Student~

Greetings from the Department of Residence Life! We hope you are enjoying your extra hour of sleep, due to the end of Daylight Saving Time!

We are writing to share some important information regarding dates and upcoming processes.

First, the dates listed on your housing contract are not move-in or move-out dates. These dates are the University’s designated term dates only. Your move-in and move-out dates will be communicated to you through our Central Office, your RA and/or RD. Also, the move-in and move-out dates are available on our website– under the heading, Dates and Deadlines.

Second, the designated non-family summer 2014 housing location for all single students will be in Larkspur Court. Clover Court will be utilized as an overflow summer housing location, if necessary. Utilizing one area of campus will allow us to perform routine maintenance, with limited disruption to students. In addition, this is a fiscally responsible decision, one consistent with most collegiate housing operations around the country who offer summer residential options. The summer housing application will go live in early April.

Finally, the Fall 2014 On-Line Room Selection (Non-Specialty Housing) Process will occur in late March 2014. The fall housing application will go live in mid-January.

More information will be communicated to you regarding the Summer and Fall 2014 housing processes during the upcoming Winter Break.
