Transfer Orientations are a great way to get acquainted with the University of Illinois Springfield campus. Our transfer orientations help you to become more knowledgeable of what UIS has to offer. Your participation in orientation will certainly provide you with a great deal of information about available services on campus and will make your transition to the UIS campus much easier.
The Transfer Orientation program at the University of Illinois Springfield may vary slightly from what you experienced at your previous campus. We have designed a program that will enable you to obtain information directly from our service providers.
Students attending classes at the University’s Peoria Center or participating exclusively online are not required to attend Orientation on the Springfield campus.
