As of Fall 2011, EXS-L has offered a new minor:
Social Responsibility and Leadership Development
This 15-17 credit interdisciplinary minor can be completed for any academic major (online or on-ground). The 3 core courses are
EXL 210 Introduction to Leadership Theory and Practice (3 hours)
EXL 362 Social Change and Leadership (3 hours)
EXL 361 Social Responsibility & Leadership Development Capstone (3 hours)
