Compliance and enforcement legislation
The compliance and enforcement legislation known as the Statutes Amendment (Road Transport Compliance and Enforcement) Act 2006 has been passed by both Houses of Parliament in South Australia. This new legislation came into force on Monday, 30 April 2007.
