City Manager Scott Barber
Interim City Manager Scott Barber Scott Barber was selected by the Mayor and City Council as the City Manager, effective December 6, 2011. Scott was the City’s Director of Community Development for the past six years and has almost twenty-five years of municipal government experience.
Scott has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, from California Baptist University.
