The Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts features a raked auditorium with 2 shallow steps leading down to each row. There are 17 rows and it is 55ft from the front of the theatre up to the last row.  There are handrails on both the right and left aisles of the theatre (see picture on right).

If you are parking at the rear of the building, you will be required to walk up a number of stairs on the outside of the building to reach the main entrance. Please visit this page for more details on parking.
Patron drop off and main entrance is on Navy Street.

Infrared headsets available for the hearing impaired Infrared headsets for the hearing impaired are available in the Main Auditorium on a first come, first served basis.
See the house manager for details.

Studio Theatre events:

The Studio Theatre is our smallest venue, on the lower level of the theatre.  Most events are cabaret style, with tables and 6 chairs at each table.  Patrons who use wheelchairs or walkers are encouraged to contact the box office to determine the best seating location for maximum comfort.

Patron drop off and main entrance for the Studio Theatre is on Navy Street.   The building does not have an elevator and you will be required to use a flight of stairs to access the theatre.

If you or a member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please notify the box office well in advance of your event.  Staff will make suitable arrangements with you for access to the Studio Theatre through the Water Street entrance.  All other patrons are asked to use the main entrance on Navy Street.
