Course Development
Funding is available for course development in international business and business foreign languages. It can be used to develop new courses, teaching modules, case studies, games and simulations, internationalize existing courses, purchase classroom tools, etc. Over 55 course development awards have been given out over the years resulting in a stronger international foundation for our students. Requests for proposals are usually held in the late fall or winter and priority will be given to:
- Develop and deliver new courses on less commonly taught business foreign languages
- Interdisciplinary research that combines economic and cultural approaches to international business
- Develop new programs in education, research and outreach on U.S. international competitiveness
- Homeland and global security issues on how they affect international business
