Means of Redress

If, for any reason, the HEI disagrees with a decision by the British Council (the National Agency) which affects them adversely, they should complete and submit this form to the Erasmus Helpdesk within 30 calendar days.. The British Council will acknowledge receipt within three working days and aim to resolve the problem within 30 working days if it concerns the grant, or for other queries, within 10 working days. If the HEI is not satisfied with our response, they can access the central British Council feedback system from the Contact page.

Charters

To participate in the Erasmus programme under the Lifelong Learning Programme all higher education institutions must have an Erasmus University Charter (EUC).

Funding, grants and fees

Academic recognition

Individual student and staff reports are a contractual requirement and are now much easier to complete with the new online format

Promotion

All institutions participating in the Erasmus programme have a contractual responsibility to promote the Erasmus programme.
