Historic Home Tour for the Holidays
Zanger House The 30th annual Santa Clara Historic Home Tour is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5, 6-10 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6, from 12 noon-5 p.m. The Historic Preservation Society of Santa Clara sponsors the tour with the assistance of the Old Quad Residents’ Association for the benefit of historic preservation projects and non-profit groups in Santa Clara.
This year’s tour will feature four private residences – the Perry House, the Alice Hare House, the Avina House, the Madison Street Inn, and the Zanger House. Advance tickets are $25 General Admission, $20 Seniors (60+) and Children (6-12). Tickets may be purchased at City Lights Espresso, 1171 Homestead Road. This event is usually a sell-out. No children under the age of 6 will be admitted.
