Music Department
Along with our fine traditional music courses, our specialties, the Jazz Performance and Sonic Arts programs, are good reasons to come to study in the Big Apple. And we pride ourselves on the cordial ambiance found throughout the department. 

English Department
English is one of the largest academic departments on the CCNY campus, with B.A. programs in literature and creative writing, an M.F.A. program in creative writing and an M.A. program in literature. 

Jewish Studies Program
Last Fall, Rabbi Manny Vinas, the Marvin & Edward Kaplan Lecturer in in this seminar, a five day trip to the Dominican Jewish communities.
