Position Description and Duties
The City College of New York (CCNY), Department of Chemistry, invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor (though an Associate Professor appointment will be considered for candidates with an established record of independent research) in Structural Biology. We are particularly interested in candidates who employ X-Ray crystallography to elucidate biomolecular structure and function. We are seeking a candidate who will develop a world-class, externally-funded research program. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
Qualification Requirements
Ph.D. + 2 years postdoctoral experience in structural biology or related field.
