Episode 2 [aired 4/5/12] - We present you with the first ever "green" episode of SSC360! For starters, did you know that SSC has a Sustainability Committee? Wondering what this group is responsible for? If so, take a look at some green efforts these earth warriors have developed on campus. Next, take a peek at the life of Karen Roothaan - a Math Instructor and true nature enthusiast at SSC. Then, Derek Walter discusses the influence behind the art in his series 'Earth, Ice and Matisse'. This educator and sculptor is inspired by global warming. We sat down with SSC English faculty member - Marilu dos Santos whose passion for organic gardening at home has been carried into the classroom. To wrap things up, we've showcased some events you may have missed around campus.
