The State Board of Community Colleges has not made a decision regarding tuition increases for the 2008-2009 academic year. Tuition could possibly increase Summer 08 or Fall 08. Please monitor your student web account and student e-mail to ensure your tuition is paid in full. You may have an outstanding balance if new tuition rates are approved.
The Bookstore's Hours are changing for Summer! The Bookstore will close at 4:30pm on Thursday, May 15, 2008 for Graduation. Beginning May 16, 2008 through August 14, 2008, the Bookstore will be open from 8:00 am – 4:45 pm Mon – Thur. and 8:00 am – 12:00 noon on Friday. June 3 through June 5 and June 9 the Bookstore will be open until 6:00pm. The Bookstore will be closed June 24 – 30 for Inventory.
It’s TIME to complete a Financial Aid Application for 2008-2009! All students who plan to receive financial aid next year at Mountain Empire Community College (Summer 2008, Fall 2008, Spring 2009) MUST complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit it electronically via FAFSA on the WEB.
