- Rental rates listed above are typical. Rental rates for some rooms vary due to specific room features.
- All residence halls are air-conditioned buildings except Buckman and Thomas halls. Students may provide their own A/C units in Buckman/Thomas provided they meet certain specifications.
- Electrical use limitations in Keys and Lakeside (see Terms and Conditions for details).
